The Quebec Institute of Osteopathic Education (IEOQ) develops partnerships with various organizations in order to enhance the educational experience of its students, foster their exposure to diverse practice settings, and contribute to improving access to osteopathic care.
Since 2020, IEOQ has maintained a partnership with the Institut d’Ostéopathie Rennes-Bretagne, France. This collaboration promotes academic exchanges and offers selected students the opportunity to participate in international activities and clinical immersion placements. A partner of IEOQ since 2022, La Maison Bleue supports families facing vulnerable circumstances, particularly during pregnancy and early childhood. IEOQ osteopathy students provide services at selected La Maison Bleue locations. Beneficiaries of the organization may also receive complimentary care at the IEOQ Teaching Clinic within a supervised educational setting.
Since 2023, IEOQ has collaborated with the Montreal Sports Council by offering sports placements involving high-performance athletes. This collaboration enables students to gain experience in the sports environment and work with athletes within a supervised clinical setting.
