International mobility: Welcoming 6 french students

From October 24 to November 6, 2022, the Institut d’Enseignement de l’Ostéopathie du Québec hosted osteopathy students from the Institut d’Ostéopathie Rennes-Bretagne as part of the international student mobility program established between the two institutions in 2020.

Organized by the student association OSI – Ostéopathie Solidarité International, this trip allowed the French graduates to attend some theoretical and practical courses, complete supervised clinical hours, all while exploring Montreal and the beautiful province of Quebec.

During their clinical internships, the students visited Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu to provide care to athletes at Dynastie Sports Institute, an excellence center that trains the elite of young basketball players in the Francophonie. Under the supervision of Nicolas Acquié, an experienced osteopath and instructor at IEOQ, the students had the opportunity to work with athletes for a full day.
